A seasoned veteran with 22 years of overall experience in wealth management.

Mr. Banerjee possesses a comprehensive understanding of the diverse facets of financial planning, management and investments. Over the years, he has built a credible practice amongst some of the most respectable business families.

Mr. Samrat Banerjee has been instrumental in running successful businesses in commercial real estate management, consultancy, and investment distribution businesses. His prior experiences include HSBC Private Bank, Societe Generale, ABN AMRO Private Banking, Standard Chartered Bank, and more.

Mamta Sharma

A wealth management expert with 22 years of long-standing experience.

Her strength lies in offering curated solutions to achieve client objectives and become their most trusted partner for today and tomorrow.

Mrs. Mamta Sharma has been influential in running successful businesses in commercial real estate management, consultancy, and investment distribution businesses. Her past experiences include the likes of Deutsche Bank, HSBC Private Bank, ANZ Grindlays, Standard Chartered Bank, to name a few.

Gurbir Singh Kaberwal

Mr. Kaberwal is a sharp and keen observer with several years of wealth management expertise under his belt.

He aims to help his clients achieve their financial goals and secure their legacies while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and service.

Mr. Kaberwal currently manages pre-sales and post-sales activities pertaining to the transaction life cycle. On top of that, he oversees CP Sourcing & Sales at various residential projects.

Payal Sarin

Miss/Mrs. Sarin has been a wealth management veteran with many years of service under her tally.

She thrives to present the best of opportunities to her clients while properly communicating the underlying benefits and risks associated with each investment idea.

After 20 years in Client Servicing, some of her stints include the likes of Standard Chartered Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Societe Generale Private Banking, and Barclays Private Banking.

Her current role requires her to manage the Service & Operations of Old Fir Advisors India Pvt Ltd, a position she has held for the last 6 years.

Sharvesh Shinde

I am a Technical Lead in asset management with 15 years of experience optimizing asset performance in commercial portfolios. I specialize in PropTech integration, sustainable building practices, and data-driven decision-making, which has consistently reduced operational costs.

My technical skills include building systems knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural), compliance and regulation (building codes, safety regulations), project and vendor management (maintenance coordination, project oversight, contract negotiation), and financial analysis (budgeting, reporting, capital expenditure planning, cost analysis).

I have successfully completed projects at Wipro, JLL, Romell Group, Neptune Group, and Oberoi Commerz.
